IN BETWEEN
Aziz, Daouda and Heidi are being held at the Baumettes prison in an experimental facility for prisoners sentenced to short terms.
With just a few months to go before their release, these young repeat offenders are faced with a choice: stop drug trafficking and choose a pathway to rehabilitation. Or plunge right back into dealing when they leave.
To make a change, or not.
Some of them are asking themselves this question for the first time. In the confines of the prison, far from trafficking and its rules, sheltered from all social constraints, they can finally feel free to talk, to tell their stories. And to tentatively imagine another future.
