Animals Talk lets you decode animal language to realize a childhood dream: to understand what animals are saying to each other. Equipped with your headset, you’ll have the super-power to hear the entire spectrogram, from the ultrasound of a mouse to the infrabass of an elephant. Each animal’s universe is made up of sound waves that react to the sounds they emit. The tour allows you to explore the sound worlds of each animal in turn, to see how they interact and to discover the meaning of their exchanges. At the end of the experience, you’ll no longer have any secrets about what the caimans of the equatorial forest, the striped mice of South Africa, the elephant seals of California, the black-headed gulls of our coasts, the cave-dwelling fish or the warblers of Brazil are saying to each other. Animals Talk is an immersive, interactive mixed reality experience for the general public. It is aimed at all “children” old enough to wear an audio or mixed-reality headset, and curious to acquire the ability to understand and, why not, converse with a few wild species, so as to be part, for the duration of an immersive journey, of what Giono called “The song of the world“.
