MOUSSA, THE GIANTS AND ME

For the first eighteen months of my life, my name was Moussa. Adopted by a French family, I became Mathéo. First in France and then in Burkina Faso, I set out in search of Moussa. This film is a personal journey in search of my history, my origins, and my biological mother. Through the silences, the hidden documents and the conflicting accounts, another reality emerges: that of a country marked by violence, some visible, some not, precariousness and the legacy of colonialism.
